2026 JPC Project
Junior Provincial Commissioner Project – Public Speaking Competition
Two of our learners, Sibahle Kuku and Zimbonge Adonisi, proudly represented De Aar High School at the Junior Provincial Commissioner (JPC) Project – Public Speaking Competition, competing against learners from various schools across the Pixley ka Seme District.
Both learners represented the school with dedication and confidence, delivering speeches aligned with the prescribed topic on Gender-Based Violence and Femicide.
We are excited to announce that Zimbonge Adonisi was selected as one of the top four learners and has progressed to the District Public Speaking Competition, which will take place on 24 February in De Aar.
Zimbonge achieved an impressive 308 out of 500 points on the official public speaking score sheet.
We commend both learners for their confidence, dedication and commitment, and we wish Zimbonge the very best in the next round!
Well done to our learners for flying the De Aar High School flag high!
