On 26 April 2025 a learner from De Aar High School, Iviwe Ciko participated in the annual Bloemfontein Classic bodybuilding competition in Bloemfontein.

The competition is acknowledged by the World Fitness Federation of South Africa.

Participating in a bodybuilding competition requires determination, commitment and sacrifice, values which Iviwe displayed in her preparation for this competition and values which De Aar High School value highly.

She came third in her age category.
